By using MiaoCut (miaocut.app) you agree to these terms. MiaoCut is a free, no-signup online image-processing service provided as a convenience.
Acceptable use
- Only upload images you own or have the right to use.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or circumvent the fair-use rate limits, or otherwise disrupt the service.
Your content
You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the results you download. As described in our Privacy Policy, images are processed in memory and not stored.
Free service, no warranty
MiaoCut is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Fair-use rate limits apply and may change at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiaoCut and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Open source
The MiaoCut software is open source under the MIT License. You are free to self-host it; the hosted service at miaocut.app is operated separately and these terms apply to that hosted service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
